The Massachusetts mansion

This mansion overlooking Nantucket Sound in Barnstable, Massachusetts lasted for about as long as her relationship with Conor Kennedy.

The seven-bedroom, five-bathroom home was close to the Kennedy compound. Swift sold the home for a US$1 million profit just months after buying it.

The Rhode Island waterfront home

With a Blank Space in her portfolio after selling the Massachusetts mansion, Swift moved her attention a couple of hours’ drive south to Rhode Island where she picked up a seven-bedroom home on the highest point of Watch Hill for US$17 million.
